Repeating name always in Mixed case lettering and birthdate in numeral format. Sample shown in Base color Pale Blue/ Accent White. When filling in order form, Please enter/type letters Mixed Case To minimize mistakes, Please read our FAQ's page prior to placining order We cannot use Pale Pink with White or Off White.
