FINDING YOUR SIZE : Finding the right sling size is not as much about your height and weight as it is about your torso size. For example, if you have a long torso, broad shoulders, or a big bust, you may want a larger size. If you have a short torso, small bust, or narrow shoulders, you may want a smaller size. The very best way to find your size is to measure your hip-shoulder circumference using a flexible measuring tape. Put the measuring tape over one shoulder, and then join the ends together on the opposite hip, abouce 1" above your hip bone, like a beauty pageant sash. Match up this measurement on the chart below to find your size.

• Height under 5'3" (under size 6)
• If you are under 5'3" but over size 6, you may want to order a MEDIUM

• Hip-to-shoulder measurement = 46" - 50"
• Height under 5'4" - 5'6" (size 6- 10)
• If you are 5'4" - 5'6" but under size 6, you may want to order a SMALL
• If you are 5'4" - 5'6" but over size 10, you may want to order a LARGE

• Hip-to-shoulder measurement = 51" or more
• Height over 5'7" (size 10 and above)
