Frequently Asked Questions
Will the earflaps stay put outdoors?
Yes. The earflaps finish with tie strings so the hat stays snug and covers the ears during outdoor play.
How long does it take?
Every hat is knit to order. Please allow about 4 weeks for it to be made and shipped. If you need it by a specific date, call us at 203-655-0185 before ordering.
Will the colors match the screen exactly?
Screens vary, and each new batch of yarn can differ slightly in shade, so the finished hat may be a touch lighter or darker than it appears online.
Can I order an adult size to match?
Yes. Every design is available from preemie through adult, so matching sibling and parent hats are easy to put together.
Can I return a personalized hat?
Because each hat is made with your child’s name, personalized items cannot be returned. Please double-check spelling and size before you order.
