Children's head sizes vary so please select size carefully. Because our hats are handcrafted, slight size variances can occur due to design and yarn color choices.

Is this a good baby shower gift?

What order do the initials go in?
First, last, then middle, with the surname initial knit largest at the center. Hannah Rose Carter is entered H, C, R and reads HCR.

Gold or silver?
Gold is warmer and sits beautifully on Pale Pink, Off White, Sand and Navy. Silver is cooler and sharper on Bleached White, Heather Gray, Pale Blue and Charcoal.

Does the metallic feel rough?
No. The metallic thread is spun alongside the acrylic rather than laid over it, so it stays soft while still catching the light.

Which size should I choose?
Small suits a baby up to a year, at roughly a seventeen-inch head. Medium covers one to four years at about twenty inches, and Large fits four years through adult at around twenty-two. If a child falls between two sizes, take the larger, the knit has give, and a hat that lasts two winters is the better gift.

• As easy to love as it is to care for: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
• To maintain quality and avoid pilling, wash separately, especially from cotton towels or mixed fabrics.
