What goes in each field?
The Initial field takes one letter, knit large inside the stamp. The Name field takes a first name of up to 9 characters, set alongside it. Both are knit in uppercase Arial.
Which initial do people choose?
Usually the first initial, matching the name below it. Some choose the last name initial to make it a family blanket rather than one child's.
Will it be in capitals?
Yes, this design is uppercase Arial throughout, however you type it.
Which colors work best?
The stamp needs contrast to read clearly. Pale Blue with Bleached White is the sample; Charcoal with Off White and Navy with Sand work the same way.
Acrylic or merino wool?
Acrylic is machine washable, offers all 29 colors, and stands up to daily use. Merino wool is softer and warmer and makes the more luxurious keepsake. Both come in the same sizes and design.
