Each hat is made to order in the USA in a soft, hardwearing acrylic that holds its shape wash after wash. Choose your base and accent from twenty-nine colors, and it becomes a piece made for one child alone.

Children's head sizes vary so please select size carefully. Because our hats are handcrafted, slight size variances can occur due to design and yarn color choices.

Is a personalized hat a good new baby gift?
A favorite for exactly that. It is the gift that gets worn out of the hospital and photographed all winter.

How does it differ from String of Stars?
This carries one star at the crown. String of Stars runs a connected line of them around the hat.

Is there a metallic version?
There is, the Metallic Single Star knits the star in gold or silver thread.

Which colors are most requested?
Navy with Bleached White is the enduring pairing. Charcoal with Pale Yellow is the warmer alternative.

Which size should I choose?
Small suits a baby up to a year, at roughly a seventeen-inch head. Medium covers one to four years at about twenty inches, and Large fits four years through adult at around twenty-two. If a child falls between two sizes, take the larger, the knit has give, and a hat that lasts two winters is the better gift.

100% Skein Acrylic:

• As easy to love as it is to care for: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
• To maintain quality and avoid pilling, wash separately, especially from cotton towels or mixed fabrics.
• When possible, wash alone for best results.
