Will my name appear in lowercase? Yes. This design is knit in lowercase Arial regardless of how you type it. It is deliberate - the soft lettering is what balances the bold stripes. If you want capitals, choose a design with a font menu instead.
How does it differ from Modern Stripe? Same stripe, rotated. Vertical bands draw the eye lengthways, which makes the throw sizes look longer and more tailored.
Best colors? Two strong tones - navy and bleached white, charcoal and off white, or hunter green and sand. Vertical stripes need contrast more than horizontal ones do.
